After all, what’s the point of designing your dream spec home if it ends up bankrupting your business?
Typically, I design homes that cost $350,000 or less to build—sometimes much less. If your vision is a sprawling 5,000-square-foot, $1.1 million home overlooking Lake Norman, I’m probably not the right designer for you. That’s simply not my niche, and there are other professionals better suited for that scale of a project.
